We are removing the obstacles and coordination logistics of setting up in-person meetings just to gather tracks from producers. Instead, there will be a constant flow of new tracks submitted real-time in support of creative opportunities.

• ❑ How it Works

I will initiate the group by communicating production opportunities via an email

newsletter / messageboard. That forum will also serve to gather production

opportunities from producers in the network and facilitate the digital download and

upload of acapellaÕs, tracks and songs. Additional news items like new hot

hardware & software will be included. An invite granting exclusive member

access will follow immediately. ** 2way page newsletter recipients can only log

on to the message board via computer **

PAPER

So, ÒHow do we get PAID???Ó you might ask. The network will serve to inform you

of work opportunities; should you submit for an opportunity, your track(s) will be

included with hot joints from the other producers in the network and shopped by

affiliated agents. If an agent places your track, the agent will command a 14%

commission on the fee for the track. 1% of the fee will be granted to the network

member who identified the opportunity and provided a legitimate point of contact.

An additional 5% will be withdrawn to support the growth and maintenance of the

network and its infrastructure. The remaining 80% of the production fee as well as

all associated royalties and publishing go to the producer.

CREDIT

All tracks, beats, and songs placed using the network will be credited using the

producerÕs choice of name, alias, or company combined with the statement: Òfor the

marksmenÓ.
